Bravura Chefs – Marbella

On our travels we decided to stop in Marbella for a few days and hire a villa. As we were landing late we thought it would be a good idea to have a chef prepare a meal for us on our arrival to save going out and even the worry of being able to find anywhere open.

After looking at a few companies we decided to go with James from bravura chefs who was waiting for us to come back from the airport. As we were so late and all hungry we sent our Chef a message to say we were just leaving the airport and have the food ready for when we arrive. As it was our first night it was an easy barbecue that we could enjoy. This was a good choice as the bravura barbecue offers a wide range of things.

On the menu was;

Salmon Lollipops

Cajun Chicken

Rib-eye steak

Roasted vegetables

Cous cous

Leaf Salad and to finish a lemon posset.

We had only booked James for the one night but after our first experience we booked his service for another lunch and our last dinner.

Every meal we had was perfectly cooked and all his menus changed to suit one of our fussy friends. Presented beautifully and with great flavors I can’t recommend James or Bravura any higher. As we had booked chef nights the price was set for the service plus the food cost which made it very competitive.

If looking for a dinner party or a chef when on holiday you won’t go wrong here.
