Back when I was a private chef to a Saudi Royal we used to spend a lot of time traveling, half of my baggage would be taken up with the massive tubs of protein powder just so I could make these every morning to Kick start the bosses and PT's training sessions.
Next time you're heading to the gym give these a go!
We recommended that protein pancakes are only eaten on training days.
1 Egg White
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Vanilla Yoghurt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Splenda or similar
Cooking oil Spray
Combine all the ingredients together so they are well mixed. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly coat with the oil. Add enough mix to cover the base of the pan so that the pancake is 3-4mm thick. Cook the pancake until the edges become firm and then flip over to cook the other side. Cook for 1-2 minutes more and serve with syrup or jam.
