To keep things fresh, each month we will be creating our chef's signatures with a new 3 course menu. Working our way around the globe and having fun with new ideas and in some cases just putting a modern twist on old classics.
There's nowhere in the world we won't go! and even tho Melbourne pretty much has every cuisine you can think of we're going to touch base with the ones that aren't on our journey.
In the coming months we will be hitting up Spain, Mexico, Thailand and Finland. To kick the year off we're touching down in Japan.
