Chef Jaime went to Westminster College in the UK and gained an International Diploma in Culinary Arts. It’s the highest qualification in hospitality available.
How experienced are you?
I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years working in professional kitchens like Claridges, L’ornger with Marcus Waring in London.
Also the personal chef to the nephew of the King of Saudi Arabia and Prince Jefri of Brunei.
Where does the produce come from?
I am local to Prahran market so prefer to do the shop there.
Who will Clean?
We will leave the kitchen as it was found, all dirty dishes and cutlery will be loaded into the dish washer so there is nothing for you to do.
Who serves?
The chef will serve, but over 10 people we recommend using the service of a waiter.
