Swordfish w. Tandoori Lentils

A winter fish dish, lentils, spice and a cool mango chutney to top it off!​

Mango Chutney

3 spring onions

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp Mustard Seeds

4 Cardamom Seeds​

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Mango

100ml Apple Vinegar

70g Sugar

Lentils

200g cooked lentils

Remaining Spring Onions

1tsp Garlic

1 tbs Ginger

1/2 liter Stock

2 tsp Tandoori Paste

Small Bunch Coriander

250g Squash

Soba Noodle w crunchy raw vegetables

Serve this awesome noodle salad with a soy and ginger tuna steak.
